Repair CollarRepair collars from James Hardie are a cost effective product designed to make installing fittings and repairing damaged pipe fast and simple.
They can be used both with Class 2 and Class 3 pipe which have factory machined ends or pipe that has been cut squarely along the barrel of the pipe. Repair collars are made from natural rubber and incorporate a stainless steel clamping system.
Installation Details
1. Slide the collar along the first pipe.
2. Place the second pipe in position.
3. Slide the collar back across to the second pipe until the clamp is centred over the pipe joint
4. Tighten the stainless steel clamps.
