HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER
  1. If you have received a written quotation, simply provide the additional order details and fax the quote back to Internal Sales. Otherwise, send a completed order form to Internal Sales for processing.
    PLEASE NOTE: While we will do our best to fulfil all of our customer requests please be aware there may be production lead times for some items. Metro orders must be placed with Internal Sales no later than 2pm the day prior to delivery (deliveries are subject to product and transport availability).

  2. We will fax you a written order confirmation to provide you with details of your processed order.

    It is important that you check your order and note your reference number.

  3. Deliveries are made between the hours of 7.30 am and 4 pm. We are unable to guarantee the actual times you will receive your goods.

  4. You will receive an invoice following each delivery.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DIFFERENT TO MY QUOTE?
WHAT IF I WANT TO CHANGE MY ORDER?
  1. If you need to change your order please contact our Internal Sales Team at your earliest opportunity and they will process your revised requirements. Any variations from the original quotation e.g. the quantity of items, product type, and load size, may require requoting. Please provide your original order reference number (located in the top right of your order document) as this will enable us to provide you with a faster and more accurate response.

  2. Our Internal Sales Team will fax you a revised written order for your record.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CLAIM CREDIT OR RETURN GOODS?
  1. In the event that you need to request a credit or return goods please request a Customer Claim Form from either the Internal Sales team on 1800 659 850 or from our web site at www.jameshardiepipes.com.au Charges may apply.
